Idaho Wheat Farmers Keep Up Consistency Despite Challenges

Two things you can always count on with Idaho’s wheat crop are challenges (unpredictable weather, price volatility) and consistency in quality and production. Despite dry weather from March to October last year, 2025 production was record-setting on some farms around the state and quality came out on top in all classes. Here is a look at the 2025 Idaho wheat crop by the numbers.
