HYPOTHESIS & OBJECTIVES:
The Pacific Northwest Wheat Quality Council is a not-for-profit organization comprised of wheat breeders, cereal chemists, producers, marketers, inspectors, processors and users of wheat.

Through its Technical Committee of volunteer collaborators, the Council aims to solicit and evalaute advanced-generation wheat breeding lines, thereby providing direct feed-back as to the merits of individual breeding lines and more general information as to the technical requirements of wheat end-users. In this way,longer-term breeding objectives are defined.

Past Collaborators have included the following:
ADM Milling, Horizon Flour Milling, Central Milling Co, Cereal Foods Processors, ConAgra Grain Processing Co, General Mills, Continental Mills, Pendleton Flour Milling, Roman Meal Co.
